The new frame must be covered with an outside skin. This skin is made of thin sheets of metal. Strong glass windows are also added so that people inside can see out.

Plaxton the bus skeleton is also being covered with a thin metal skin.
Skin forms the outer waterproof covering of a body. It also helps to protect the skeleton and other important parts as well as keeping them well hidden!
